Budget Management and Financial Planning
As a key member of our team, you will support the Head of Operations in managing PSI's annual budgeting process. This involves monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on budget variances across departments and regions, providing actionable recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Forecasting and Financial Reporting
You will prepare regular reforecasting reports to update financial projections based on changing assumptions. Your expertise in financial analysis will guide decision-making by providing detailed insights into financial risks, trends, and outlooks.

Financial Reviews and Compliance
Conduct monthly and annual financial reviews in collaboration with regional leaders and department heads. Present financial reports and performance insights to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying and addressing potential financial risks.

Regional Coordination and Financial Guidance
Provide financial guidance and support to regional offices, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Lead financial discussions with regional representatives, ensuring consistency in financial reporting. Develop and maintain financial models to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, expenses, and cash flow.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial controller or analyst role, preferably within an NGO, international organization, or union setting.
- Proven expertise in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with MS Business Central is an asset.

Languages
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
