Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the senior leadership team. With excellent organisational skills, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel arrangements, handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Your ability to multitask will be essential as you prepare high-quality reports, oversee event planning, conduct research to support decision-making processes.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate international travel arrangements
  • Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence, calls, and requests with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare and edit high-quality reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Handle personal tasks, including property management, personal travel, and lifestyle-related arrangements
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure all administrative procedures comply with company policies
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
