Global Visual Merchandising Director

We are seeking an exceptional Global Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our global team and develop a strategic visual merchandising plan that aligns with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct the global visual merchandising strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the global brand vision.
- Create and launch temporary and permanent visual merchandising concepts, including design, production, and execution.
- SUPERVISE development of visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency across all markets.
- Manage and motivate a team of visual merchandising designers and trainees, fostering creativity and growth.
- PARTNER with Store Design, Global Marketing, and Retail to ensure a cohesive in-store experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in visual merchandising for a luxury brand, preferably in a global environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
