About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Swarovski.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Product Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Visual Merchandising concepts into guidelines and modules for various programs and collections across product categories, channels, and retail formats.
- Support the Visual Merchandising Team with sample ordering and showroom management tasks.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to respect assortment restrictions and commerciality factors when creating guidelines.
- Provide input on seasonal product selection for windows and dedicated in-store high-visibility areas aligned with the overall zoning concept.
- Deploy content and communicate Visual Merchandising guidelines to markets.
About You
We are looking for a unique talent who brings along:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Product Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details and excellent organization skills.
- Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible.
- Excellent English proficiency.
