Learning and Quality Manager

Job Overview
The Learning and Quality Manager will play a key role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our programmes, focusing on curriculum development, digital learning, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum strategy, ensuring alignment with industry standards and programme goals.
- Design and manage digital learning content, including online and virtual materials, to provide an outstanding learning experience.
- Coordinate the course evaluation process, collecting and analyzing feedback from students to inform programme improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and programme management teams to support programme delivery and promotion.
- Implement and maintain a documentation and version control system to ensure programme materials are up-to-date and archived appropriately.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in higher education or learning & development positions, ideally with experience in research and instructional design.
- High affinity for new technologies and online learning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to get things done and a hands-on attitude.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; German would be an asset.
