Job Summary

Samsung Electronics is a global technology leader, seeking a highly skilled professional to join our retail marketing team. As a Training Professional, you will play a critical role in managing Retail Marketing Training & Education content and preparing timely training materials for classroom and online sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all training-related online systems, including the Samsung learning platform, social media, and training homepage.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and system/user growth, such as subscriptions, active users, and views.
  • Develop and maintain training systems, processes, and content.
  • Lead the ambassador program and work closely with the sales team, agencies, and Master Trainer and Content Management team.
  • Report to national and international stakeholders, including head office in London and Suwon, South Korea.
  • Manage projects, including budgeting, implementation planning, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver in-store training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store training and continually improve training methods and materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with a learning management system in a similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • ERP experience, preferably N-ERP, SAP, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, with French as a plus.
  • Strong 'hands-on' mentality, good time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and accurate working style.
  • Committed, team-oriented, and resilient personality.
