Job Overview

The Learning and Quality Manager will play a key role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our programmes, focusing on curriculum development, digital learning, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum strategy, ensuring alignment with industry standards and programme goals.
  • Design and manage digital learning content, including online and virtual materials, to provide an outstanding learning experience.
  • Coordinate the course evaluation process, collecting and analyzing feedback from students to inform programme improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and programme management teams to support programme delivery and promotional activities.
  • Implement and maintain a documentation and version control system to ensure programme materials are up-to-date and archived appropriately.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in higher education or learning & development positions, ideally with experience in research and instructional design.
  • High affinity for new technologies and online learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to get things done and a hands-on attitude.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; German would be an asset.
