About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Platform Lead to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our corporate functions, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage the design, development, and delivery of learning programs across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Oversee the implementation of learning technologies and platforms to support our global workforce
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on digital learning and technology
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning strategies that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform learning decisions
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
