Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Private Markets Sales VP to join our team. In this role, the incumbent will work alongside the Private Markets Sales & Distribution Director and other senior professionals, supporting the fundraising effort for existing and new Private Market products in Switzerland – Funds, Mandats (advisory, discretionary).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our current RMB offering to clients and prospects.
- Handle investor inquiries, liaising with the appropriate investment teams when necessary to ensure high-quality responses are provided in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including investor presentations, quarterly reports, and various marketing documentation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Provide regular reporting to management on the evolution of the private markets activity.
- Assist in the execution of all fundraising activities, including Private Market events, roadshows, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with the broader Private Markets Group on group initiatives.
- Degree in Finance / Economics or similar qualification.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Relevant sales experience (min 5 years) in the financial sector / asset management industry.
- Track record of raising assets for an Alternative Investment firm in Switzerland.
- Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor-friendly content.
- Excellent verbal and written German and English language skills with proven success in delivering high-quality presentations to a broad range of clients. French is a nice plus.
- Strong understanding of private assets.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity.
