Director of Revenue Growth, APAC
Lionbridge is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth across the APAC region. As Director of Revenue Growth, APAC, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing performance metrics, and providing coaching and guidance to your team.
Your primary objectives will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline, and consistently exceeding revenue quotas. To achieve this, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
You will be expected to educate clients on our service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Additionally, you will need to stay abreast of industry trends and developments, incorporating market insights into your sales strategies.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets, particularly in the APAC region. You will also possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as exceptional relationship-building abilities.
