This is a remote position with The Skills Coalition.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth and expansion across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the life sciences industry, with CRO experience being highly desirable.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's European footprint.
- Achieve revenue targets by proactively managing the sales pipeline.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's presence across Europe. Your primary focus will be developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the company as a preferred partner in the CRO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth – Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's European footprint.
- Build & Strengthen Partnerships – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Revenue Targets – Proactively manage the sales pipeline, closing deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (PhD preferred but not required).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the life sciences industry, with CRO experience being highly desirable.
- A proven track record of securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
