The objective of the role

As the Head of Product at Smallpdf, you will be pivotal in leading our product teams to achieve our main objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, optimizing monetization strategies, and shaping a clear product vision for our core products and potential expansions. Additionally, you will guide Sign.com toward a successful market entry and growth path afterward.

Responsibilities

Lead all product teams, including monetization as well as SEO to achieve Smallpdf's main objectives of user and revenue growth.

Offer customers effective, user-friendly tools to streamline document workflows and enhance their overall experience.

Foster visitor growth through the guidance of the SEO team.

Identify, test, and execute global monetization strategies to increase ARR without compromising SEO.

Explore opportunities and product strategies beyond Smallpdf's current core business.

Guide Sign.com toward successful market entry and profitable growth.

Serve as a sparring partner to PDFT's C-Level and team.

What you bring

Proven experience in product management leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.

Strong understanding of SEO, monetization strategies, and product development processes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.

Business acumen and focus, ability to collaborate well with Tech and Engineering, and marketing and data.

Quantitative approach and analytical thinking.

Experience with customer data, product strategy, balancing user and business impact, and collecting and applying user insights.

Nice to have:

Experience with product strategy across multiple platforms (not just the web, but also other platforms, e.g., Desktop, Mobile).
