About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional to join our team at PKF-Francis Clark Chartered accountants & business advisers. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance to the senior leadership team, including note-taking and diary coordination.
- Manage client checks, including 'Know Your Client' and 'Anti-Money Laundering' clearance processes.
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and presenting reports, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and contact information.
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
- Support marketing activities, including facilitating and coordinating client events.
