Les Roches Crans-Montana, a top-ranked hospitality education institution, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical expertise, this role will be instrumental in delivering seamless IT experiences across our campus.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide remote and on-site technical support for both Windows and Mac environments, ensuring efficient technological operations. This position involves managing IT support requests, installing and upgrading PC hardware and software, and configuring new hardware through Intune. Additionally, the individual will track and manage equipment, follow up on IT repairs, and coordinate purchase orders from request to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance for Windows and Mac environments.
  • Manage IT support requests using the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain PC hardware and software.
  • Configure new hardware through Intune and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
  • Track and manage equipment, including consumables and hardware spares.
  • Follow up on IT repairs and keep users informed on the status.
  • Coordinate and manage purchase orders from request to delivery.
Requirements:
  • IT Technician apprenticeship / CFC or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices (a plus).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good command of English and French, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work in a global hospitality education institution with a rich history and values-based culture.
