Les Roches Crans-Montana, a leading institution in hospitality and event management education, is seeking a compassionate Campus Nurse to join their Health & Wellbeing Department.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the holistic development of students by providing high-quality, student-centered support services. This role plays a vital part in fostering a healthy and safe campus environment, promoting student success, and enriching the overall student experience.
Job Summary:- Assess and evaluate the physical, mental, and emotional health of students.
- Provide triage, care, and first aid for sick or injured students (and employees within limitations).
- Administer prescribed medications and manage health documentation.
- Track immunizations and other necessary medical requirements.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with school staff, faculty, and community healthcare providers to implement health protocols and preventive measures.
- Education and Outreach: Provide health education on various topics to students and employees, promoting independence in managing chronic health conditions.
- Community Building: Organize campus activities related to health promotion and prevention, such as workshops, awareness days, guest speakers, etc.
- Nurse generalist diploma (Level II) or HES degree.
- Qualifications in holistic or integrative approaches are a plus.
- Previous experience in a nursing care unit, accident/emergency department, or similar setting.
- Experience working with young adults in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
