Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for Huawei Smart PV products, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Register and track customer support requests, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, proposing solutions and tracking progress.
  • Activate integral support, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Background and interest in power electronics, including inverters and battery storage systems, with strong IT knowledge.
  • Preferable experience in front and/or back office roles, with a focus on customer-facing support.
  • Fluency in German, French, and English, with Italian being an asset.
  • Confidence in customer service situations, with a strong ability to resolve issues and provide solutions.
