Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage international transportation operations, including air, sea, and land freight, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to clients.
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange shipments and resolve any transportation-related issues or delays.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and maintain accurate records of transportation activities and expenses.
- Previous experience in international transportation coordination and strong knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex transportation issues.
- Proficient in using transportation management systems and software to streamline operations.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
