Senior Medical Director Oncology Clinical Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Director to lead our Oncology Clinical Development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing clinical development programs that drive innovation and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Program Leadership: Develop and execute clinical development strategies that align with our company's overall product development plan.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of clinical scientists and medical directors to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices (GCP) in all aspects of clinical research.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Research and Development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Scientific Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and medical advancements in oncology and apply this knowledge to drive clinical development strategies.
- Medical Degree: MD or DO degree with relevant therapeutic specialty in an academic or hospital environment.
- Clinical Trial Experience: At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, with a strong background in oncology.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and GCP principles.
