Senior Director Advanced Manufacturing and Supplier Development

This is an exciting opportunity to join Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), a leading global provider of innovative sterilization and disinfection solutions, as a Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing and Supplier Development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost competitiveness.
About ASPASP is a pioneer in low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology and has a strong commitment to protecting patients during their most critical moments. We support healthcare facilities in their fight against hospital-acquired infections, which are a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Our products, including the STERRAD system for sterilizing instruments and the EVOTECH and ENDOCLENS systems for endoscope reprocessing and cleaning, are sold globally.
About the JobAs a Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing and Supplier Development, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost competitiveness
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive global strategies and initiatives that drive P&L results
- Leading the development and implementation of standard work for product lines that can be executed across multiple business models
- Managing the design transfer capability, new product introduction, and lifecycle management processes
- Working with suppliers to drive accountability for performance and manage a robust cost structure
This role requires a dynamic and proven operations, manufacturing engineering, or quality leader with significant program management leadership experience and a belief in collaboration. You will have a track record of creating and delivering successful results in at least two of the three domains (NPI, LCM, and Advanced Manufacturing) and have driven global strategies and initiatives that drove P&L results.
