Coupler Hub Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Coupler Hub Director to join our team at Wabtec Corporation. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in our Couplers Platform in Faiveley Transport Czech and delivering products and services at the right quality, leadtime, and cost.

• Organize the new Coupler Hub set up, including preparation and execution
• Define a regular Governance for the Platform Couplers with local functions
• Coordinate all functions present to improve QCD
• Be the point of contact for Couplers on Site in our location in Czech Republic
• Interface site OPS during preparation and execution of Production

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in the railway industry or similar industry profile
• Deep knowledge of Car Builder Expectations in the Railway sector
• Experience in a leadership role in industrial and international environment, with a very good business understanding
• Fluent in English, German, and Czech, any other language a plus
