About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Client Engagement to join our Consult Partner team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding complex consulting engagements and creating change agendas within our largest accounts.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This position demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.

  • Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth.

  • Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities.

  • Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, while ensuring profitability and understanding and containing risk.

Your Skills:

  • Around 15 years of professional experience in IT consulting at a senior leadership level.

  • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Retail and Manufacturing industry.

  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets through a consultative approach.

  • Experience building relationships with senior C-level and IT executives; creating referenceable customers.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and triggers within the Retail and Manufacturing market.

  • Proficient with technology, demonstrating a high level of tech-savviness.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Good German language skills and a valid work permission is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
