Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team at TopRecroot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to engage with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Investor Relations Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information to inform investment decisions.
- Manage investor relations events, including earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Track and analyze the company's shareholder base and investor feedback to refine IR strategies, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key institutional investors and equity research analysts, providing timely and accurate information to inform investment decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- A strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and corporate finance, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing investor events, roadshows, and earnings calls, with a focus on logistics, content development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
