Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Corporate Services Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire process for legal document execution, ensuring internal reviews are completed and documents are signed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Coordinate the entire process for legal document execution, including contracts, ensuring internal reviews are completed and documents are signed in a timely manner. Ensure proper storage of all documents in compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Company Secretarial Coordination: Assist in organizing Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings for multiple legal entities, including preparation of meeting agendas and required documentation, while ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate governance roles, preferably within a corporate legal department, law firm, or multinational environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of legal processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in computing, including experience with Office 365 and related applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
