Marketplace Marketing Specialist

The VF Corporation is looking for a talented Marketplace Marketing Specialist to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dickies brand and a passion for the lifestyle fashion industry. A strong background in brand marketing and trade marketing, preferably with 5-6 years of experience, is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing long-term and seasonal strategies aligned with our global and regional brand strategy. This will involve working closely with the Director Marketing EMEA and other stakeholders to drive profitable and sustainable growth within the Retail, Key Account, and WHS channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop marketing strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools, and initiatives to fuel demand, raise brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversion.
- Manage and execute marketing strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools, and initiatives to fuel demand, raise brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales Strategic Account Director/Marketing/Creative/Product to deliver account marketing solutions that are fully integrated into the overall marketing mix and supportive of brand/business goals.
- Track marketing activities/results and leverage insights to continuously improve the marketing solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Manage Channel Marketing Specialist.
Requirements
- Academic: University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Economics.
- Experience: 5-6 years of brand marketing and trade marketing/strategic account management for a brand.
- Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- 360-degree marketing vision with an understanding of account/product/consumer nuances across distribution segments as well as relevancy of different touchpoints.
- Deep understanding of the Dickies brand with a passion for the lifestyle fashion industry.
- Analytical Skills: Thinking critically, logically, and constructively about significant problems.
- Strong communication skills: articulate clear business direction and strategies to liaise between different departments, participate in commercial discussions, and facilitate the unlock of business opportunities through marketing.
