Key Responsibilities- Ensure the operation and maintenance of all building technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal building operations.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades of building systems and equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and develop corrective actions.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable maintenance practices to reduce energy consumption and costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment histories.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
