Implementation Specialist for Genomics Laboratory Training

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Implementation Specialist for Genomics Laboratory Training. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the implementation of a laboratory training and SOPs major changes record training tool in our Central Laboratory Services.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone who can create, manage, maintain and update all training documentation electronically and globally.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with subject matter experts in other locations (Indianapolis, Shanghai and Singapore) to achieve a global process via the tool.
  • The tool will concern all laboratory technicians profiles and grades within Genomics laboratory and across all the locations.

Main Project Drivers:

  • Process improvement for the "On the job" and SOPs major changes trainings documentation, harmonization and sustainability
  • Compliance with CAP regulations
  • Reduction in audit findings
  • Reduction of paper handling, electronic 5S initiative, time and space savings

What You Will Do:

  • Implement laboratory training and SOPs major changes record training tool
  • Create, manage, maintain and update all training documentation electronically and globally
  • Work closely with subject matter experts in other locations

Requirements:

  • You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party
  • No scientific background required
  • Proficiency in French and intermediate level in English
  • Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
  • Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership
