Job Description

The Front Office Innovation Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring that every guest experience exceeds expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a timely and efficient night audit procedure to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel regulations
  • Executing registration processes with attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines
  • Reviewing group resumes, VIP reports, and daily business reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensuring high standards of personal appearance and grooming at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. A minimum of 1-year previous hotel experience and knowledge of Opera is an asset. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
