International Retail Growth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader with a deep passion for luxury watches to define and execute our international retail strategy for a leading luxury watches brand. As the Head of Retail Development, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to influence the global distribution landscape of our brand and spread the exclusive charm of our timepieces worldwide.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a top-tier retail strategy for international markets to maximize sales growth and market penetration of our luxury watches
  • Lead an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets on a global scale
  • Identify market opportunities and develop expansion plans in new international markets, considering market trends, competition, and brand strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with select retail partners and distributors to strengthen our brand presence and maximize sales opportunities worldwide
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to effectively measure the success of the global retail strategy
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), headcounts, and propose actions to drive business growth
  • Develop a retail strategy in collaboration with the marketing team, focusing on activations and events in boutiques
  • Ensure the effective implementation of retail operations, including security procedures, merchandise management, and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the retail committee to drive business growth and ensure alignment with company goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in international retail, preferably in the luxury watches industry
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing retail strategies and building and leading international teams
