We are seeking an exceptional leader to define and execute our international retail strategy for a leading luxury watch brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement a collaborative, customer-focused mindset across all teams and countries
- Develop a retail strategy with Marketing, focusing on boutique activations and customer engagement
- Train sales staff on retail competences and establish retail standards
- Lead an international team of retail managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement a top-tier retail strategy for international markets to maximize sales growth and market penetration
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of the global retail strategy
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in international luxury retail, preferably in the luxury goods or watches industry
- Proven track record in developing and implementing retail strategies and building and leading international teams
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and other languages
