The Boutique Director is a key position within Cartier, responsible for managing and developing a multicultural team. This role requires a strong leader who can drive commercial ambitions and provide customers with unforgettable experiences that reflect the Maison's signature.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a multicultural team to achieve commercial ambitions and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Work closely with various Cartier departments to improve retail efficiency indicators, develop team skills, and optimize operational costs.
- Create a positive and motivating environment that encourages performance, learning, and personal development.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the boutique's commercial and operational performance.
- Represent the Maison as an ambassador, embodying its image and values to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure the customer is at the heart of all actions, guaranteeing a perfect orchestration of the customer experience.
- Supervise operations and promote a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of retail experience in managing and developing large teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills with a flair for business and customers.
- Knowledge of the luxury goods industry and the jewelry and watchmaking sectors is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and long-term vision.
- Strong expertise in clienteling and handling VIP clients.
- Performance culture and results orientation.
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong digital skills and an interest in new technologies and media.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts and travel for training, customer events, etc., as required.
