Boutique Director

The Boutique Director is a key role within Cartier Switzerland, responsible for managing and developing a multicultural team. This position requires a strong leader who can drive commercial ambitions and provide customers with unforgettable experiences that reflect the Maison signature.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with various Cartier Switzerland departments to improve retail efficiency indicators, develop team skills, and optimize operational costs.
- Create a positive and motivating environment that encourages performance, learning, and personal development.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass commercial objectives, while ensuring the excellence and compliance of boutique operations.
- Represent the Maison as an ambassador, embodying its image and values to internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with sales and communications teams to ensure customer-centric actions and guarantee the perfect orchestration of the customer experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of retail experience in managing and developing large teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills, with a flair for business and customers.
- Knowledge of the luxury goods industry and the jewelry and watchmaking sectors is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and long-term vision.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong digital skills and an interest in new technologies and media.
