Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Team Leader to join our Marketing Department at Compagnie des Montres Longines Francillon SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing state-of-the-art visual merchandising solutions for our corporate stores, wholesalers, and temporary installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual merchandising team and manage the brand's global visual merchandising strategy for corporate stores, wholesalers, and temporary installations.
- Create and update visual merchandising strategies for new retail concepts and point-of-sale types, including product display strategy and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Manage the conception and creation of window display solutions, including testing and prototyping.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and point-of-sale materials for campaigns.
- Coordinate creative and design visual merchandising projects with internal and external resources.
- Provide support for exhibition setups for internal meetings and public events.
- Manage visual merchandising budgets and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in visual merchandising in a fast-moving international retail environment or design studio.
- Strong understanding of the watch and fashion industries and their trends.
- Experience in leading a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Good command of spoken and written French and German is a plus.
