Job Title: International Retail Environment Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized International Retail Environment Project Coordinator to join our Marketing Department.

Job Overview:

The International Retail Environment Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and delivering large-scale and smaller tactical projects, enhancements, and activities. This role will serve as a central coordination hub, bridging Store Design, Store Development, Visual Merchandising, and other departments within and outside the marketing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Store Design, Store Development, and Visual Merchandising teams, and other teams inside and outside the marketing department.
  • Own the POS calendar, ensuring its creation, updates, and overall management.
  • Create, update, and manage various administrative and operational documents for both internal and external use.
  • Facilitate the transmission of various documents and information to subsidiaries, service providers, and the procurement team.
  • Assist with monitoring projects on platforms such as Retail Net, RMIS, and RIS.
  • Conduct project analysis, collect customer behavior analysis, and sales data.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the department head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline, or significant hands-on experience in relevant roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with additional skills in project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Project Management certification is desirable.
  • Strong coordination skills, ability to effectively liaise and communicate between multiple teams and external partners.
  • Organizational skills, proficient in managing calendars, documents, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring all documents, project analyses, and statistical reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Analytical skills, capability to analyze project data and compile relevant statistics for reporting.
  • Administrative proficiency, skilled in providing comprehensive administrative support, including document management and project monitoring.

Language:

Strong command of the English and French languages.
