Retail Design Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Retail Design Project Leader to spearhead the global design and development of our retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the design strategy for our spaces, ensuring each location reflects our brand's heritage, values, and aesthetic while optimizing customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Oversee all aspects of space planning, design execution, and implementation, ensuring alignment with global retail standards, sustainability practices, and emerging retail design trends.

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to create cohesive, functional, and visually compelling retail environments.

• Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining high design standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management

• Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments

• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Smartsheet, or similar tools

• Experience working with sustainability principles and implementing environmentally responsible design solutions

• Exceptional communication and project management skills
