We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Design Project Leader to join our Marketing Department at Compagnie des Montres Longines Francillon SA.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the design strategy for our retail environments, ensuring each location reflects our brand's heritage, values, and aesthetic while optimizing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards.
  • Oversee the creation of concept designs, layout plans, and schematic design packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to create cohesive, functional, and visually compelling retail environments.
  • Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain global store design playbooks, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all regions and markets.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience working with sustainability principles and implementing environmentally responsible design solutions.
