Garrett - Advancing Motion is a leader in turbo technology solutions and a supplier of electric boosting products and automotive software. As an intern, you will work closely with our Global Sales Managers on various tasks, including preparing quotations, analyzing customer KPIs, and supporting internal reporting and dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations for technical changes and follow up on TEFS process with a cross-functional team.
  • Prepare commercial offers for prototypes, profitability analysis, and tracking.
  • Coordinate pricing updates, maintain pricing data base, and ensure price consistency between systems.
  • Support internal reporting and dashboard development for pricing, tooling, and engineering activities.
  • Maintain CRM tool up to date (contacts, opportunity management, document library).
  • Support Accounts Receivable/past dues management in relation with Finance department & customer.
  • Support Customer Request for Information/Quotation process.
  • Analyze customer KPI and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare and assist during weekly calls internal & external for logistics, purchasing & projects.

Requirements:

  • Student in last year of Business studies.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and negotiate solutions with other team members.
  • Team player who can be independent.
  • Open to take on challenges.
  • Curious and motivated.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Written and spoken English (At least technical English level).
