Within this internship you will work in close relation with our Global Sales Managers and work on the following tasks :

Prepare quotations for technical changes & follow up on TEFS process (Technical Economical Feasibility Study) with a cross functional team Prepare commercial offers for prototypes, profitability analysis & tracking Coordinate pricing updates, maintain pricing data base, ensure price consistency between systems Support internal reporting/dashboard for pricing, tooling, engineering activities Maintain CRM tool up to date (contacts, opportunity management, document library) Support Accounts Receivable/ past dues management in relation with Finance department & customer Support Customer Request for Information/Quotation process Analyse customer KPI & propose corrective actions Prepare & assist during weekly calls internal & external for logistics, purchasing & projects

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

Student in last year of Business studies Ability to work in a team environment and negotiate solutions with other team members Team player who can be independent Open to take on challenges Curious and motivated Strong communication and presentation skills Written and spoken English (At least technical English level) Duration :12 month
