About the Opportunity
As a Garrett Intern, you'll work closely with our Global Sales Managers on various tasks, including:
- Preparing quotations for technical changes and following up on TEFS process with a cross-functional team
- Preparing commercial offers for prototypes, profitability analysis, and tracking
- Coordinating pricing updates, maintaining pricing data bases, and ensuring price consistency between systems
- Supporting internal reporting and dashboard for pricing, tooling, and engineering activities
- Maintaining CRM tools up to date (contacts, opportunity management, document library)
- Supporting Accounts Receivable/past dues management in relation with Finance department and customer
- Supporting Customer Request for Information/Quotation process
- Analyzing customer KPIs and proposing corrective actions
- Preparing and assisting during weekly calls internal and external for logistics, purchasing, and projects
Requirements
- Student in last year of Business studies
- Ability to work in a team environment and negotiate solutions with other team members
- Team player who can be independent
- Open to take on challenges
- Curious and motivated
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Written and spoken English (At least technical English level)
- Duration: 12 months
