- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- At least 25 years of experience in global QA environment within food sector.
- In-depth understanding of food safety, quality engineering, and regulatory requirements.
- Certification as FDA Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI).
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Environmental Monitoring, and Facility/Equipment Design.

About the Role
The Chief Quality Officer will be responsible for driving a culture of quality across the organization, from partnerships with key stakeholder groups to continuous development of employee competencies and skills.
This role will require:
- Acting as a change agent to drive a strong culture of quality at the corporate and plant level.
- Creating an environment to continuously develop people across the organization.
- Developing and implementing a Global Corporate QA strategy and action plan.
- Directly managing the regional Quality team.
- Improving performance against key quality metrics.
- Development and implementation of quality management systems.
- Leading the alignment of crucial quality initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving top-down support for facilities to ensure implementation, development, and consistency of best practices for food safety systems.
