Regional Sales Executive

Als Regional Sales Executive bei LeaseTeq AG spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle im Ausbau unserer Händlerbasis und trägst entscheidend zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei. Du berichtest direkt an den General Manager Schweiz und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Akquise neuer Kunden sowie den Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz.
Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- Du baust enge Beziehungen zu den Autohändlern in der gesamten deutschsprachigen Schweiz auf und pflegst diese, um unsere Finanzierungslösungen (Leasing/Kredit) erfolgreich zu platzieren
- Du reist regelmässig zu verschiedenen Standorten, um (potenzielle) Kunden persönlich zu treffen und langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen
- Du berätst unsere Händler im Detail über die Vorteile der Zusammenarbeit mit LeaseTeq, erklärst die Finanzierungsprozesse und stehst ihnen als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Optimierung unserer Verkaufsprozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Erfolgsquote mit
- In fliessendem (Schweizer) Deutsch sorgst Du für eine klare, professionelle und reibungslose Kommunikation mit unseren Partnern
- Du arbeitest eng mit Deinen Sales Kollegen sowie den Teams Business Development und Operations zusammen, um gemeinsame Vertriebsziele zu erreichen und das Wachstum von LeaseTeq AG zu fördern
- Du begeisterst Dich für Autos und verfügst über ein tiefes Verständnis der Branche
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf (Aussendiensterfahrung in der Automobilbranche von Vorteil)
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Leasing und Kredit und kannst Kunden mit Deinem Fachwissen kompetent beraten?
- Du bist bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb der deutschsprachigen Schweiz zu reisen, um Beziehungen vor Ort zu pflegen und Neukunden zu gewinnen?
- Du arbeitest gerne selbständig und hast ein Flair, deine Arbeitstage effizient zu organisieren
- Du liebst die digitale Welt und arbeitest gerne mit moderner, webbasierter Software
- Du sprichst fliessend (Schweizer) Deutsch und beherrschst zusätzlich Englisch (Kenntnisse in Französisch und Italienisch sind ein Plus)
