HR Operations Manager

At headcount AG, we're seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for managing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration for both internal employees and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources: Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration for both internal employees and external contractors.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date, communicated well within the business and compliant with Swiss labour law.
  • Onboarding & Development: Design seamless onboarding experiences and create and implement Learning & Development strategies and trainings.
  • Contractor Care: Onboard and manage our external contractors, ensuring clear communication and support for their needs.
  • Operations Management: Oversee vendors, office supplies, service contracts and assist in the development and implementation of operational policies.
  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively help us build a pool of talent and support our internal hiring efforts as we scale.
  • Culture & Growth Projects: Lead initiatives to strengthen our team culture, finalize career development plans, and enhance employee packages.
