Luxury Repair Technician

At Gi Group SA, we're looking for a skilled Master Craftsman to join our team. As a Luxury Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for performing high-standard repairs and coordinating with client care for special cases.

About the Role:
  • Perform high-quality repairs using our repair management system to organize tasks and order parts.
  • Maintain and organize the workshop, including machines and tools, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Inform and advise clients about repairs and our products, providing excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time and quality standards, ensuring exceptional results in every aspect of your work.
Responsibilities:
  1. Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment, handling material activities like counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
  2. Ensure safe working conditions per OSHA regulations, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
  3. Clean work areas and equipment daily, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about high-quality products and craftsmanship, with experience in a manufacturing/technical environment or a similar role.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, with a mechanical background using hand and power tools preferred.
  • Experience working in a repairs-related field, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Compensation:

We offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
