Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Ensure high levels of client engagement and retention by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to increase account value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and secure long-term commitments from clients.
