Resilience and Business Continuity Strategy Director

The Group Resilience, Crisis and Business Continuity Director plays a pivotal role in safeguarding our company's future. This strategic position ensures our ability to navigate and adapt to an ever-changing, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global resilience, crisis management, and business continuity strategy.
- Design and maintain policies, frameworks, and guidelines for resilience, crisis, and business continuity management.
- Lead the Group Resilience, Crisis & Business Continuity department, overseeing people management, recruitment, development, and budget.
- Collaborate with Maisons, Regions, and Entities to enhance crisis preparedness and business resilience.
- Provide crisis escalation support, assessing situations and informing stakeholders to ensure effective management.
- Participate in the Group Crisis Management Team, serving as a Crisis Coordinator, and providing support to the crisis chairperson.
- Develop crisis management capabilities in each Maison, Region, and Entity to facilitate faster recovery in case of disruptions.
- Deploy a methodology to identify, assess, and monitor major crisis scenarios, ensuring regular communication with stakeholders.
- Train senior executives on major crisis scenarios and required preparedness, promoting ongoing training and development in personal resilience.
- Create and own the Group Business Continuity Strategy, including identifying critical activities, performing high-level Business Impact Analysis, and formalizing a pragmatic approach.
- Foster collaboration with business partners to support implementation of the Business Continuity Strategy.
- Work closely with Group Platforms teams to define, implement, test, and maintain global Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Monitor and evaluate weak signals and potential threats to adjust business continuity strategies proactively.
- Promote alignment among business continuity initiatives and provide visibility to Senior Management.
