Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Contribute to menu development, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Manage restaurant supplies, inventory, and orders.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
We're looking for a candidate with a degree in Hospitality Management and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel establishment. Fluency in French and English is essential, with proficiency in another foreign language a plus. Knowledge of Micros/Simphony is a desirable asset.
