Als Teamleiter Client Support (m/w/d) bei Michael Page sind Sie verantwortlich für die Führung und Entwicklung Ihres Teams. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

Führung und Entwicklung
  • Die Führung und Entwicklung Ihres Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Ziele erreicht werden.
  • Die Identifizierung von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für Ihre Teammitglieder und die Unterstützung bei der Weiterbildung.
Kunden- und Geschäftspartnerbeziehungen
  • Die Pflege und Entwicklung von Kunden- und Geschäftspartnerbeziehungen, um langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen.
  • Die Identifizierung von Geschäftschancen und die Entwicklung von Strategien, um diese zu nutzen.
Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Die Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen, um die Effizienz und Qualität zu verbessern.
  • Die Implementierung von Qualitätskontrollen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
Datenqualität und Compliance
  • Die Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und die Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben.
  • Die Identifizierung von Datenqualitätsproblemen und die Entwicklung von Strategien, um diese zu lösen.
Schnittstellenmanagement und Marketingunterstützung
  • Die Koordination von Schnittstellen zu Partnern und Stiftungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
  • Die Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten und Kundenservice, um die Marke zu stärken.

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Teamleiter Client Support (m/w/d) mit:

  • Ersten Führungserfahrungen im Kundensupport, idealerweise im Finanzsektor.
  • Kenntnissen im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen und im Besonderen in der Vorsorge.
  • Kenntnissen im bzw. Interesse am Finanzwesen und deren Produkte.
  • Zugänglicher Persönlichkeit und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise.
  • Fliessendem Deutsch und Englisch, sowie Grundkenntnissen in Französisch.
