Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at Leister Technologies AG, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the sensing, data/telecom, medical technology, and automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, microtechnology, or business administration.
  • Proven sales experience in a technical or business-to-business environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a plus.
