Senior Sales Manager

Axetris AG, a leading company in central Switzerland, specializes in micro-optical components and MEMS-based gas detectors. Our expertise enables customized solutions from prototype to series production, making us a valuable partner for innovative projects.
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our Sales Microoptic & Services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and business development, with a focus on OEM volume applications in sensing, data/telecom, and medical technology.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Process customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and track documentation in our CRM system.
- Participate in trade fairs and conferences to showcase our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and potential opportunities for new applications and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our marketing and sales strategy.
- Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical engineering, microtechnology, process engineering, physics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development, with a strong understanding of the high-tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English, with good proficiency in German, and the ability to learn other languages.
