About the Role- Salary: CHF 90,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience
- This is a full-time position (80-100%) with opportunities for professional growth and development
As an Innovation Lab Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the operation of our innovation lab and defining its working methods. You will also evaluate the feasibility of use cases and concepts by designing approaches to prototype them in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Laboratory Operations: Support the operation of the innovation lab, define and evolve its working methods, and ensure a holistic approach to prototyping and simulation.
- Use Case Evaluation: Evaluate the feasibility of use cases and concepts, design approaches to prototype them, and create clear plans for prototyping or simulating use cases.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with departments like Human Factors, Safety, Technical, and external vendors to ensure a comprehensive approach to innovation.
- Platform Management: Identify, establish, and manage the appropriate prototyping and simulation platforms according to use cases.
- Master's Degree: A master's degree or comparable specialization in technology or a related field is required.
- Engineering Background: An engineering background and experience in the aviation industry are considered assets.
- Innovation Experience: Several years of experience in innovation, product development, software development, or research and development initiatives are essential.
- Strong Aptitude: A strong aptitude for working with innovation, uncertainties, and iterative working practices is necessary.
- Language Skills: Good command of English is required, and proficiency in French or German is a plus.

Work percentage: 80-100%
