Digital Marketing Strategist for Innovation and Growth

The company comprises four Divisions: Habasit, Rossi, NGI, and TRAPO, which work together to deliver innovative products and solutions to our customers. In addition to these divisions, we also host a Corporate Accelerator in Zurich, Switzerland, which serves as a hub for new business ideas and technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and drive innovation and growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
  • Sourcing and managing external partnerships and suppliers to support our marketing initiatives
  • Creatively developing engaging content to showcase our brand and values
  • Collaborating with freelancers and agencies to achieve our marketing goals
  • Managing multiple communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, and trade shows, to maintain a strong online presence
  • Working closely with our business development and product management teams to develop and launch new products

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small company scaling up
  • A degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field of study
  • Proven experience in marketing technical products in a B2B environment
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to align teams and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
  • Methodical and structured approach with attention to detail
  • Flexible and collaborative mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing demands
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Support and service orientation
